Delete Your Jovee Link Account

We're sorry to see you go. This page explains how to permanently delete your Jovee Link account and all associated data.

⚠️ Important Warning

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently deleted, including your profile, bookings, messages, reviews, and all other associated information.

How to Delete Your Account

Open the Jovee Link mobile app on your device
Navigate to your Profile screen (tap the Profile tab at the bottom)
Scroll down to find the "Delete Account" link (it appears above the "Sign out" button)
Tap "Delete Account" to open the account deletion screen
Review the information about what will be deleted
Tap "Delete My Account" and confirm your decision
Your account and all data will be permanently deleted

What Data Will Be Deleted

The following data will be permanently deleted when you delete your account:

Your profile information (name, email, phone number, location)
Your profile photo
All your bookings and appointments
All your messages and conversations
All your job postings (if you're a client)
All your job applications (if you're a nail artist)
All your reviews and ratings
Your portfolio images (if you're a nail artist)
Your services and availability information
All notifications
All other associated data

Data Retention

Once you delete your account, all data is immediately and permanently removed from our systems. We do not retain any personal data after account deletion, except as required by law (such as transaction records for tax purposes, which are anonymized).
